Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management

« Back to Glossary Index

Agile Project Management is a flexible, iterative approach to managing projects that emphasizes collaboration, customer feedback, and rapid delivery of small, functional parts of a project. Originally developed for software development, Agile divides work into short cycles, or “sprints,” allowing teams to quickly adapt to changes and continuously improve. This approach promotes team communication, responsiveness to change, and a focus on delivering value, making it popular for dynamic and complex projects.
